​Shipping

  • Standard delivery for all purchases will be charged with a shipping fee of $7 NZD. 

  • Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 days upon checkout.

  • Delivery is within 1-2 working days from dispatched. 

  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please use a street address upon placement of orders to avoid delays.

  • Orders cannot be delivered during public holidays.  During national and state public holidays or busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.  In any case of delay in deliveries, you will be notified through email.

  • As soon as your orders have been dispatched, you will be notified through email to confirm that it’s on its way. A tracking number will be provided in the email to help you track your order.

  • We only deliver to New Zealand with New Zealand Post Courier.





Return Policy

We allow all fair returns, even if you simply change your mind or don't like a product, because we know shopping online can be hard.  

1. Which items can be returned or replaced?

 

All faulty items should be returned and can either be replaced or refunded.

 

Clothing to be returned must be unused, with the original packing. These should be in new, unworn condition, and with garment tags.We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer.  We will not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

 

All items to be returned or replaced must have packaging slip as proof of purchase.

 

Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can't be returned.

 

Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out.

 

2. Is postage for returns free?

 

The cost of returning your products is the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

All exchanges will be sent back to the purchaser for FREE.

3. Where can I send the returned items?

 

Upon returning goods, email ChristianStoreNZ@gmail.com, we’ll provide a RETURNS NUMBER for you to note on the packing slip when returning the item.  You will also be informed through email the return instructions to be followed.

4. Have you received my returned goods?

 

Our customer care team will soon send you an email once the returned item is received.

 

5. How long until I get my refund?

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

 

6. I’ve received the wrong items or some items are missing, what should I do?

 

If you have received the wrong items not included in your purchase or some items are missing, please email ChristianStoreNZ@gmail.com.  Our team will be happy to assist you in getting this issue resolved.

 

We’ll honour your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Refer to Consumer Guarantees Act for further information.

When making a transaction through this website your information will pass through a secure server using SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. The encryption process ensures that your information can not be read by or altered by outside influences.

When you request Goods or Services we may collect personal information supplied by you when you complete an online form in order to facilitate the purchase of Goods and/or Services. Such information will enable us to process your transactions efficiently, analyse our website services and enable us to provide a higher level of customer service (which may include informative or promotional activities).

We will only release information about you as authorised by yourself, required by law or where required in order for us to provide Goods or Services to yourself e.g to third party suppliers, or delivery companies. Where supplied to such third parties the information provided will only be sufficient for the third party to perform their services and may not be used by them for any other purpose.

We will not release your information for any purpose which you could reasonably expect us not to release the information. 

Except as detailed above we do not share, give, sell, rent, or lease information to third parties and your personal information will only be disclosed to those employees within our organisation who have a need to know in order to ensure you are provided with information about our products and Services or to request Goods and Services through this website.

Under the Privacy Act legislation you can ask to see any information we may hold about you and you also have the right to have any inaccuracies in the same corrected by us. We will comply with any such requests to the extent required by the Privacy Act legislation within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of your request.

Cookies

Our website uses a technology called cookies (a small element of data that our website may send to your computer) that may be used to provide you with specific information for the purpose of us tracking site usage and traffic. These cookies do not read your hard drive but may be stored on your hard drive to enable our website to recognise you when you return to the same.
